SPIRE (Supporting Parliamentary Information and Records) is a programme working across both Houses of Parliament to help staff better manage their electronic documents, records and emails. The programme team (based in House of Commons Information Services) will support staff in new ways of working; to use SharePoint to its full potential; and will provide new electronic document and records management software to make the process easier.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) is the hub of the programme. The PMO Manager's role is to provide accurate information to the Programme Manager, Director and Board to enable them to manage/direct the programme effectively and to ensure processes are in place to enable the project managers to deliver their projects.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of running a PMO, be qualified in PRINCE2 or MSP, have the ability to multi-task, have advanced knowledge of MS Project and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
